Philosophy of Death
Without death, life would be meaningless. Remember, you were once dead before, the time before you were born. Ultimately, everyone will return to this. We have to realize it is part of nature and life we can't live forever, no matter how bad you want. So in the meanwhile, rejoice life, live it,with everything and everyone in it. And with age, death becomes a welcoming friend. Death is something that is majorly stigmatized by humans. They believe that all death is bad, when in reality, death is a neutral occurrence. I feel like there is nothing to be afraid of, and I should know that. I won't be in any pain. I believe in an after life but not in a sense most people would. I have very different ideas on it though. I don't think we should fear it, because it's something that happens to everyone at some point. You will always feel some level of fear about death because we evolved to feel it. But you can learn to come to terms with that fear.
Philosophy of Suicide
Now this is a very hard subject to talk about but I think it should be. Well to start there have been many philosophical arguments made that contend that suicide is immoral, selfish and unethical. Is this how I see it as? Not even in the slightest, I really hate people who say suicide is selfish honestly, I wish they could realize it's cause ones soul could never be at ease or peace in this world, or I should say society. Obviously they were never for this generation of the world if they did this. But does anyone ever stop to think that whatever they were going through was so bad this was the solution? Ending one's life because they can't find a way to make this all work for them despite trying every possible thing to fix it is justified. However, ending one's life on a whim because something bad happened to them and they haven't thought about the consequences of their actions is not justified. Most people who commit suicide choose the latter. This is technically okay, but everyone deserves a chance at life, and a chance at happiness. Each life born on this earth is its own special and unique one. There has never been and there will never be another being like the one you currently are. But some people just can't figure out life in this world, and it is more ethical to just let them end their own life and try again in another life if they choose to come back, most people who do this probably wouldn't want to though but to keep putting them through daily mental anguish and pain everyday, or wherever they're going through. It's very sad yes but you do have to realize this isn't selfish. To characterize suicide as murder of one's self is incorrect. I very much like to keep this philosophy short
